Positivity, having gratitude, showing kindness and resilience are all skills that students need going forward in life. Building awareness in students of the benefits of living in the present moment enables them to draw strength from these skills and be their own heroes. This session looks at mindfulness as a tool to help students when faced with difficult and stressful situations.
